About the project

Bank of Chongqing would like to establish a complete tool of online payment and transaction. We realised a way of presenting information in a concise manner while analysing various APP developed by other banks.

It is of great importance to emphasise critical information on a complex webpage. Therefore we extracted critical information from the page and demonstrated figures and trends with different types of graphs.

Based on research and analysis, it's evident that the youth dominate the user base of the bank. The majority of their transactions involve payments for utilities like gas and water, as well as peer-to-peer transfers. Given these insights, we need to develop a solution tailored to this demographic that focuses on helping them save money while providing safer investment suggestions.

Solutions and achievements

This was a challenging task as we needed to ensure that every function was easily accessible to users. To achieve this, we conducted regular user testing and A/B testing to ensure the app was both usable and valuable for our target audience. Over four months, our small team of just five people developed over 450 pages, resulting in more than 50,000 downloads.
